NAME: Elphaba Thropp
AGE: 20
SEXUALITY: Heterosexual
SPECIES: Human who can do sorcery?
PB: Idina Menzel
WHAT'S ON THEM WHEN THEY ARRIVE?: A broom and a flying monkey if the mods allow!
WHAT JOB WOULD YOU LIKE THEM HAVE?: Freak

SKILLS/ABILITIES
She's a witch! She can fly on a broom, she can give animals wings and free them (FREE THEM, NOT MAKE THEM HER SLAVES, SHE WOULD NEVER!), she can read and cast spells and enchantments as well as create her own. When she is angry or upset, things can happen if she's not fully in control of her powers.

WHY DID MANAGEMENT CHOOSE THEM? Because she's green. She's a witch. And she can put wings on animals and make them fly (which may not end up working favorably for management but shhh).

WHAT WILL THEY GET OUT OF THIS ARRANGEMENT? A real witch! She is also very intelligent and can advocate extremely well for the party she chooses to represent. In cases management gets in trouble, she could help them out of it, of course she'd have to be on their side on that particular issue.

PERSONALITY
Elphaba tries her hardest to be invisible. It's not easy for someone whose skin is green when everyone else's is not, but she tries. She hates attention because she doesn't know how to deal with it positively. Growing up, she never had any kind of positive attention, usually she was either being picked on or yelled at. Any and every awe and caring focus went toward Nessarose, so she rather not have attention at all.
- Because she dealt with prejudice and bullying for being different since she was born, Elphaba developed a very tough shell around herself that very few people can get past. She keeps to herself and prefers books to human interaction if she can help it.
- If someone manages to break through that shell, however, she is extremely loyal and will do anything and everything to help and protect that person. She may not be the best at telling or even showing them how much they mean to her, but if anyone else does anything to threaten them, or says a single bad thing about them, she will protect them no matter what.
- But having spent most of her life reading and observing rather than interacting also made her incredibly smart and it's not a talent that goes to waste. Because she knows what it feels like to be on the receiving end of prejudice and injustice, she doesn't tolerate it. Elphaba will use her intelligence and every ounce of power she has to fight against it and those who are making people feel lessened with everything she has. If she has to use her green skin and magic to scare them into stopping it, so be it. She doesn't mind being seen as a monster as long as other people don't have to deal with the kind of bullying she did most of her life.

She doesn't mind being seen as a monster as long as other people don't have to deal with the kind of bullying she did most of her life.

History: Elphaba is the bastard daughter of the great and powerful wizard, who turned out not to be all that great and definitely not powerful at all. She didn't really got along with her family, who all treated her more like a monster or a thing than a little girl. With the exception of her younger, half sister, who she always looked after.
When she got to Shiz, Madame Morrible told her she had a gift when it came to magic. It was the first time she was actually felt appreciated. Dr. Dillamond also supported her and that made her want to be the best there was and work on her studies.
In Shiz, she also met Galinda, later Glinda. They didn't quite get along at first, but eventually they figured out they'd make a good team and she was the first friend Elphaba had.
Things were going well until a trip to the Emerald City shed light on what was really going on in Oz and all of what was being done to remove Animals from positions in society and lock them up in cages. That was when Elphaba decided to use her knowledge and supposed powers to help those who needed and the Wizard and Madame Morrible painted her as a villain.

Special abilities: She's a witch! Third-person sample:
From another game:

She had made up her mind, she was going to defy the Wizard and stand up for the rights of the animals. She couldn't stand that they had done to Dr. Dillamond. Just because he was a goat he was suddenly no longer fit to teach? And whatever kind of wicked magic was being done to his speech patterns, she was going to find a way to reverse it.

She didn't care if she had to go over Madame Morrible or the Wizard himself to fight this, she was going to do what was right, even if Galinda wasn't willing to do it, she'd fight them alone.

Except, just as she took flight, something ended up incredibly wrong. She had no idea what had happened or where she was, but this wasn't Oz, or the Emerald City. There were castles taller than she'd ever seen and small trains that didn't run on tracks.

She looked around for a moment then saw the Library. At least that she could make sense of. Or so she thought.

Character info
Name/Alias: Elphaba Thropp
Age: Mid-20s
Canon: Post 1st act, after Defying Gravity.
Personality: Elphaba is really not as Wicked as they make her out to be. She is very self-conscious about her appearance, but she is very confident in her skills after going to Shiz. She loves animals and she tried to help them as much as possible in her world. If you get past her looks, you will find she's a very loyal friend too.

First person: What in the name of Oz is this place? Or this thing I was told to write on? What kind of magic is this?

Third person: She had made up her mind, she was going to defy the Wizard and stand up for the rights of the animals. She couldn't stand that they had done to Dr. Dillamond.
